Dex gaming issues with the latest version of Dex // OneUI8.

So there have been a few messages of discontent with the latest version of Dex. The UI changes and also it seemingly being stripped back a little. I actually have been using Dex this week for a number of tasks and it is working fine for most use cases.

However, this evening I thought I would attempt a few games as i used to, with cloud gaming, Dex, and a Microsoft XBOX one controller. There is a bug currently, where the controller stops working in its joystick motion during gaming with cloud services such as the XBOX game pass and NVidia Geforce Now. This link explains it in a bit more detail... and the number of other users seeing the issue.

The workaround to use developer settings to keep the screen on when charging, and hence the controller remains respondant... else as soon as sleep kicks in and the phone display turns off... then the controller fails to work.

Posting this here for awareness, in case anyone on this community uses the Dex platform to game on your handset. Hopefully this bug will be resolved sometime in the near future.

As an update to this issue, I have received a support response to say this has been fixed.

So hopefully there will be a solution rolled out very soon. Watch this space.

Still not fix. Getting the same error plus i'm getting a bug too on mouse it will stop working sometime on roblox

I had a further conversation with support after my original post to them.

See these screenshots of the conversation. I have been told this issue will be resolved in OneUI8.5 that is being rolled out in the next couple of months.
