The article below from GSM Arena strongly indicates that Sammy will stop the integrated OneDrive support for photos and storage, possibly in favour of a Samsung own cloud service...

Info from One UI 8.5 shows a OneDrive end date of 11 April 2026

I do try not to use one drive with my phone. With the Google storage with Google One membership then that is my 'go to' backup location.

This would be a huge loss if we no longer had the choice to sync to OneDrive. I pay for O365 and cloud storage.
I'd certainly look at alternative phones if this happens.

They should just merge with Google Photos already
