S26 series.

Genuinely wanna ask the Samsung members community. Are you planning to get the S26 Ultra?

I'm not as even if the display is better and the powers better. Leaks suggest that the device isn't getting a change from the S25 series. Now leaks don't come true i know but given a design is more or less out. I ain't a fan. I liked the camera rings (surprisingly they good camera protectors 😂) and the design for the Zfold7 on the s series is just not it for me.

They did this with the Zfold6 to the S25 with the rings but kept the cameras the same as they were on the S24 Ultra with a few minor hardware improvements.

I tend to upgrade every 3 years.

Can't really make a choice until samsung officially releases the specs and features. Leaks are good and all but I like solid data

Agreed. Leaks give you an idea of what you could see and are good benchmarks to gain ideas yourself.

Mhm, I looked at leaks for the s25 series when it was coming out. Still finished the galaxy unpacked to validate everything before making a decision of course

Yep. I've already planned to stay with the S25 Ultra until my contract ends.

personally I am unlikely to buy the S26 Ultra, was a late adoptor of the S25 Ultra anyway and do think it will be a significant upgrade. There are though always some advancements with new Models. we always get the speculation but still need to wait for the official details.

It will need to be a significant upgrade for me to consider it.

I had S21 Ultra (awful network connectivity)
S23 Ultra (brill)
S24 Ultra (poor cameras)
S25 Ultra (brill)

I am gonna say NO. But I said no when the s25 ultra was released, and I bought the 1TB.

I also then said I won't for the fold 7, and bought that one too !

So i am still gonna say no.... 😂

I hardly consider the biggest bump in CPU performance in any given generation a "minor" improvement. They did that with equal or slightly better battery efficiency to boot, quite rare these days. If the S26 Ultra shows a similar bump, I'd be tempted but for me it mostly comes down to what Samsung offer for it on launch (trade ins, discounts, gifts etc).

That is true. Who knows the S26 Ultra could be the start of a new era or a continuation of the current.

I skipped the s25 ultra and kept my s24 ultra, and I'm still really happy with it and loving the design. I'll see what the s26 ultra brings before I decide. I've seen lots of leaks, but nothing's for sure.

I personally would recommend staying with the S24 Ultra unless they add something to the S26 Ultra that really speaks to you.
