So in recent interview it was said that galaxy tried fold might be released by the end ot this year and its in the final stages.

Question is how many of you would get it? And what's your expectations on this?

Samsung has just reconfirmed that the Samsung Galaxy Tri-Fold will launch at some point later this year. That news comes straight from Samsung mobile chief TM Roh, when speaking to The Chosun Daily.

@lminvti speculation that the Trifold will be launched on the 29th of September but not sure how accurate that is. I think the Device will be innovative and groundbreaking in a sense, however likely to be somewhat niche due to the price tag. seems that the main display will fold in from the side with a seperate display on the other side that can be used when the phone is closed.

Probably less likely as I don't think it would have S Pen support. Don't get me wrong it's an extremely cool idea but if I buy a device it's for a purpose and needs to do the tasks I have to accomplish. I don't have the money to just give one a spin just for the futuristic cool factor however much I'd like too. Imagine it's great for films and in Dex layout for full applications.

I bet it would be good for live chat moderation you could have the multiplatform feeds all on each panel.

I would love to get it, but it depends on the price. It would be really interesting to have a tri-fold phone. It would basically be having a phone & tablet in your pocket.

Yes i did see some speculations going on that they will release on 29th of September with XR but might be region special like FE models of the fold were, hopefully we'll see soon 👀

Would be definitely interesting to have one to test not sure how I would feel about it tho it took me a while to get used to Z fold and get rid if "fold fobia"

I have to agree fold is enough for me 3 fold it's probably not for me at all, but definitely go on hands on and try the device, never know i said same before Z fold but yet again got that "fold fobia" never knows 🤔👀🤐

I see the point of replacing tablets or for specific categories of people who work in specific fields, but yet again how many would buy it?

It's definitely cool but I had months to go out of my "z fold fobia" dont know how long it would take me to go through the tri fold one ha 😁

Currently have the z fold 7 after switching from 16 pro and its so much better im going to up grade to the tri fold 100%

If the z fold 7 is £1900 its probaly going to be at least £ 2500.
