The pixel Fold is a confusing phone
Difficult to see the target market for this phone
Not just compared with the Z Fold 7. But also ones like the Honor and Oppo etc
Saw this video earlier today and pretty much agree with it
Though I'd like to see direct camera comparisons.

Pixel Fold 10, everything same as Pixel Fold 9 except new chip ( which is as good as ZF5), charging magnet (like MagSafe) and 40% more expensive (now Pixel Fold 9 is around 1200 on Google store).

Good to make comparisons but seems the Google Fold does not match Samsung's and some other competitors, would have expected more of an upgrade.

Nothing about it seemed alluring unfortunately. The Fold 7 design looks like a premium product to me. It's a tool I know, so looks shouldn't matter that much but they still influence a bit when you're going to spend that much. Don't get me wrong if a phone was spec heaven but ugly i'd still get it as you case it anyway. The more interesting features have been made exclusive to the Pro XL which doesn't help it have appeal to me.

Be interesting to see how it fairs in more thorough testing once it's allowed.

The google phone series were supposed to be the every man phone but at these price points they are playing with the big boys and the tensor g5 chip just doesnt have the guts who knows what they would be like with the new generation snapdragon chip.

I do agree with the video also, but I still yet think Z Fold 7 is far more advanced than Pixels' latest fold. Surely soon, we will see camera comparisons between both 🙏

Interesting perspective.

Yes they have they G5 sensors etc but yet design looks off (at least for me) surely they got new hardware equipment etc but Z Fold 7 still yet a premium Fold phone for a PREMIUM price for me

Well, yes and no. I believe Samsungs collaboration with Google will bring better results than Google itself.

I mean, we all use Samsung phones still, and we will because of multiple reasons. I never asked you why you are using Samsung device or devices? I think you saw my post "Why samsung" early this year, so I have a guess you like Samsungs one ui but just dont like certain parts of some things ? 😁
