Hello. I have just seen that Samsung US has an official Discord server, could we maybe the UK/EU have an official discord? I think it would add another layer to the Samsung community and allow other people to talk on that platform.

It could also help the Samsung Members app / website grow with more users, what does everyone think on here, do you think it could be a good idea?

About that official discord server, is that the one from reddit? I'm finding multiple with none being labeled as official.

Eg, the samsung subreddit has one and there's one with the "samsung" custom invite link. Though neither have an official label

This is a forum. So you can make a post under a certain category or comment on other people's posts. Right now you're commenting on a post about wanting an eu discord server.

People here usually ask for help or discuss phone things

There's enough chat platforms available in UK i don't believe another one would be beneficial

That's true, the members app does offer a lot of categories. But I personally believe a discord server would make a great addition to this members area.

IMO —it would just be the same thing on a different platform.

Suppose on Discord it means more may be willing to join, already having Discord, and opens the opportunity for more user interaction in terms of the general chats unrelated to Samsung.

I don't see why an EU server would be necessary.
