do not update your phone to this wonderful software update! Your phone will practically become worthless you won't be able to receive one time passwords or otps from Gmail Facebook your carrier etc biggest mistake I've ever made for someone who's always kept up with the updates as they came out this was reality check and it's time to go back to the iPhone because these Androids are junk Samsung is the biggest pile of junk. I will never buy another Samsung product again and I'll make sure I spread the word get zero support you get the support whenever the next software update comes a month two months away SM FH..trash. dumpster juice!

Um yeah most definitely and it's just horrid as any software update I've ever experienced personally. Won't jump right on the next ones. I can say Apple doesn't have these kind of bugs or problems.. called Samsung customer service and they tried telling me to clear cache of the apps the issue was going on with and that was all she offered cause they were third party apps. I'm not going to buy another Samsung as long as I live.

I've not had one issue out of the update! And if ur going to drop android for iPhone Samsung is not gonna miss ya, they've got millions and millions of faithful users! Good luck with ur apple til something you did goes wrong and u can then blame them! Lol good luck!

OK for someone agreeing you are yet on android and using a samsung so.....? Where's ur iPhone? I've not had one problrm outta the updated and I'm a heavy user so idk what is going wrong that would make you wanna go to iPhone! Good luck hope it gets fixed!
