Samsung Apparently close to A Deal With Perplexity

Been talked about before but reports that Samsung are close to a deal with Perplexity , could be announced this year and the feeling that perplexity would be in line to replace Gemini as the default Digital AI Assistant. This though at the moment is still very much speculative.

of course in the event Gemini would still be available but sidelined to an extent. Would it make sense though having invested so much in the Google tie up, Samsung though may wish to link with a variety of AI Developers?
