I've noticed that perhaps a quarter of the posts here express negative experiences, which is understandable given that this app serves as a platform for seeking community assistance and Samsung support. However, I believe some users could improve the way they communicate their concerns. For every negative post, I imagine there are many satisfied users who, due to their busy lives and lack of issues, don't feel the need to comment on the positive aspects.

Many of the reported issues could likely be resolved by consulting the Tips/Members app's help guides or online resources. I think providing a comprehensive, searchable PDF guide to One UI 7 and Samsung apps immediately after installation would significantly reduce frustration. As our phones become more feature-rich, such a guide becomes increasingly crucial. This would empower users to troubleshoot their own problems more effectively, well hopefully.
