An interesting article, a Pixel User who works for Android Authority is somewhat envious of Samsung fans.

whilst loving their Device can see the advantages of other phones but it is Samsung Devices that stand out for them. points raised are the benefits of Deep Lock Screen optimisation,Dual Bluetooth connectivity,Routines, Dex,an AOD that supports wallpaper and customisable Power Button.

I mean, people don't even realise how great package is, a Samsung phone.

I tried a Pixel 9 at a store and I must say that it isn't something special. I found it boring. Except ringtones. It has plenty of ringtones and sounds...

Yes whilst recognising there are different opinions think the overall experience with Samsung Devices is just superior. I have known a few with pixel Devices , I have not actually owned one myself mind you.

Most who complain about Samsung here are bots tbh. They either do not own a Samsung phone and just spout generic complaints with no real life basis to base it on, or are simply here to spread FUD. It's most telling when a big update arrives or a newly launched flagship is being rolled out. Really does get tedious spotting a forest between the trees... 🙄

Had the Pixel 6 Pro for a while.

It was an ok phone. Not great, not pure. It was OK.

Battery life was poor.
Mobile connections awful (had a Samsung 5123b modem in it which the S21 Ultra also had - modem should have been recalled).

Samsung is a very different proposition to that device. Not sure if the Pixel 9 Pro has enabled Pixel to catch up at all?
