Hi!

Do Samsung keep a record of live chat transcripts?

A long story…

I have had many conversations with Samsung regarding my tv over live chat. There is a fault with the screen, and it can't be replaced, meaning it can't be fixed and a new tv unfortunately.

As it is just out of warranty we paid the £65 for the repair to be investigated as per Samsungs instructions. On asking what would happen if it couldn't be fixed, they told us we'd be given a replacement tv.

Having spoken to Samsung again recently they said they were going to offer us 15% off a new tv. I told them we were previously told it would be replaced but they can't find a record of this now apparently!

Not sure where we stand now as I don’t have the transcript or a working tv ☹ Very annoying as the tv is only a few years old and cost around £2,000!

Tell Samsung to jump in the lake and stop buying from them. That us the only way. Samsung doesn't care about their customers at all! All they care about is the next sell! They are getting as bad as the Chinese! I call them the Communist Country of Samsung cause it's clear they are a dictator!
