    <description>&lt;P&gt;Issue:&lt;BR /&gt;I am slightly totally deaf ... .&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hence I need another way ... .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now, they sent me a Password Reset mail.&lt;BR /&gt;THAT was not a security issue.&lt;BR /&gt;So, why is MAILING them a security issue, all of the sudden?&lt;BR /&gt;The logic eludes me there.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a way to contact them by writing, please?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you aforehand:&lt;BR /&gt;Xogroroth&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can not log in into my Samsung Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can not log in into my other account (Had to make a new one to get help).&lt;BR /&gt;I can not remember the password of my other account, so I asked a reset.&lt;BR /&gt;ALAS, I was sent a confirmation mail to reset my password ... but the mail never arrived in my mailbox.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I looked on the Samsung Website for a support email address, but none there.&lt;BR /&gt;Looked for an on-website mail system, not there.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What do I do now, please?&lt;BR /&gt;As my Samsung Phone is registered to that account ... , so I can not afford to loose it ... .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much:&lt;BR /&gt;Xogroroth&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They will not do this by email for security reasons.</description>
