Can not log in into my Samsung Account

Greetings:

I can not log in into my other account (Had to make a new one to get help).
I can not remember the password of my other account, so I asked a reset.
ALAS, I was sent a confirmation mail to reset my password ... but the mail never arrived in my mailbox.

I looked on the Samsung Website for a support email address, but none there.
Looked for an on-website mail system, not there.

What do I do now, please?
As my Samsung Phone is registered to that account ... , so I can not afford to loose it ... .

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

Sorry to hear of your issues.

You'll need to contact Samsung Customer Services by telephone to see if they can assist you in unlocking your account. They will not do this by email for security reasons.

Issue:
I am slightly totally deaf ... . 😞
Hence I need another way ... .

Now, they sent me a Password Reset mail.
THAT was not a security issue.
So, why is MAILING them a security issue, all of the sudden?
The logic eludes me there.

Is there a way to contact them by writing, please?

Samsungs Accounts Team on 0800 995 1079 is the option I believe.

You can email Samsung via > www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/

You could also Private Message the Samsung Community Forum Section vua your message center in the Samsung Community Forum by sending your Query to SAM_UK

A Samsung Experience Store might be able to help.

I have the same problem: I log in from the homepage, do username, pass, 2FA, then the screen goes blank.
