Got this mail from samsung saying collaboration offer. Is this genuine?

Hi all, I got this mail two days ago and I want to know if this is genuine.

The mail read -

Hello,

I am Younghee Lee, Chief Marketing Officer and the Head of Global Marketing at “SAMSUNG”. We are launching the last quarter of our influencer/ambassador campaign and we sincerely wish you would be part in the companies history. You captured us with the beautiful content work on your page, we love and admire your style, it's shows beauty, confidence and power. Your Instagram profile is great! We think our brand customers would love the beautiful and captivating content you have. We discovered your page on Instagram reels #explore and you have also tagged us on some of your posts and we became interested in the beauty of your content. In this collaboration, the company would be sending free monthly packages ( 10 items of your choice every month), with your own exclusive discount code to share, make shout outs and reposts on our Instagram and website! Every month one of the companies newest brand products will be delivered to you. You are to promote and show off those products in your own style.

In promoting the products, you will tag us on our Instagram. Showcasing the products best, either wearing them or just showing off the package! You will be paid a 25th percentile salary of 5,100€ monthly, this is the beginning subsequently you will have more bigger deals with “SAMSUNG”. The aim for this collaboration is to grow, show love and put smiles on our customers as the year ends. We believe you to do what you do best. You will be paid via bank transfer or Zelle or PayPal . You would make weekly posts and shout-out of our newest brand products in your style. We expect a maximum of 15 posts from you in a month.

Note: this is a paid collaboration deal, and this campaign's payment will depend on your social media engagements. As we work together we will grow together. After the years runs out, we may consider making a long term collaboration.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

Before we can say for sure, can you please check the email address it came from?

Depending on your email client, you may be able to hover over the email address and it will show you the original email address (not what it looks to be) or if that isn't an option you should be able to click on the sender's email and it should show you there.

If the two are different, it will likely be a scam.

I.E.

If the email looks to have come from hello@samsung.com but when you follow the above it says hrukf4fi4jjf38nfg7oge@gmail.com then definitely a scam

(Note the above email address in this comment are made up).

The mail ID is contact.samsungmanagement@gmail.com

And it says the same when I hover on it.

This is 100% a scam.

Please don't go anywhere near it.

A genuine email would come from the likes of @samsung.com and not gmail

Samsung don't use GMail address like everyone on here is saying, if you're opened it your likely to get scammed and hacked what ever the scums use.

It is a scam, I used to get these emails from different companies 20 times a day before made my accounts more secure and some on private.
Never open nothing from them and reaserch of what's the proper email address would it be if person from whatever company would sent email like this to you.

What was the email address? If it's anything like help@samsung.com it's genuine but if it's like NotAScam@yahoo.com it's fake 🤣

Correct, you won't find any big company like Samsung sending emails from @gmail.com immediately ring bells
