Hello, I haven't received my birthday coupons from Samsung and would appreciate if anyone could help me out. I contacted support and they couldn't help and asked me just wait!

Any help would be much appreciated as I'm looking to order a phone.

@Shant_swam Whilst for some reason customers do not always receive the Birthday Discounts timeously, not much anyone else can suggest. The Discounts are now Account specific so cannot be transferred (supposing any Members had one available).

Never had a birthday coupon as far as I remember.

Then again I'm more of a preorder nerd where the best offers are to be had.

I'm afraid it is not a given that you'll get a voucher each year at or around your birthday. Samsung send them out as and when they feel the need to offer discounts etc.

I have never received one in years. Tried to get it resolved and was told "tough luck" type of email response.

I think I've only had one in 20 years. So it isn't just you I'm afraid. Depends on what they are offering at the time and to whom.

That said, I've pre-ordered a few times so maybe in my case that might be why.

It's wrong though isn't it. The way it's written on the website is inaccurate. They should stick to what they promote - not pick and choose. Btw I have never had one and have been a Samsung customer around 20 years too...
