I thought I would share this video, different opinions on their respective merits but interesting to see this comparison.

Fold crease has never bothered me.

The IP ratings for the Fold6 mean nothing to me as my 3 and 4 all require kid glove treatment.

Camera is the let down, still can't get my head around such an expensive handset and not the same S24 camera.

Yes think the camera on the recent Ultra flagships are superior in any case, so premium is a bit much.

The Z fold 6 is the best Fold so far screen size wise, but I will stick with more compact phones such as the S24U, because I am using my phone so much that I would fold it and unfold it hundreds of times a day, also the more powerful camera is important to me. I admire on the Folds, at least the older ones, the clarity and the colours of the camera.

Both definitely offer different concepts for a prospective consumer to choose from. 👍

I'm sure the brighter screen in regards to nits is a welcomed improvement along with the new soc too.

The improvement to the Ip Rating is about tine too Samsung 😉

When I owned my Samsung Fold³ the camera was fantastic, and the inner screen was tremendous for split screen , multi tasking and media consumption.

The outerscreen in my opinion was OK but could definitely benefit from being wider than what they are now.

However right now my wants and needs are back with a slab style phone, hence my move back to the Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra, which I still own, and my current daily driver the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra.

Would I ever go back to a Samsung Fold phone 🤔 ...... Definitely.

I'm with @Obsydian in that after an initial short period of time I just saw past the crease which was only really noticeable if the phone was held at certain angles, and if you happened to run your finger over it while using the phone's display.

Samsung is getting slated on various YouTube reviewers channel since the new Fold 6 came out. Not good.for people wanting to upgrade, if they watch these then they'll lost a lot of customers 🙄

Sad to hear that, but the flagships of the other phone companies are also around that price, maybe just a few quid cheaper, so far Samsung offers the most all rounded phone experience as you can do almost everything with their phone from taking great pictures, to downloading loads of apps to customise your phone and do office work with it as well that works almost as good as the PC office experience. Samsung, Apple and Pixel still have the most stable software and the most updates within the year. Of course there are glitches, but these phone are still the best.
