Phising Email?

Hi,

I received 4 mails from the email SA.noreply@samsung-mail.com containing pin numbers to verify my account with Samsung this morning.

What is strange is the following:

1. I didn't register my Samsung account with the email address which is received the emails

2. I havent attempted to register an account at all today as i already have a samsung account regsitered via my device.

Can anyone advise:

1. Is this a genuine Samsung email?

2. Where I report suspicious emails as I can't seem to find anything easily on the Samsung website?

What's more worrying is, if this is a genuine Samsung email, someone is trying to register an account falsely assuming my identity...

I wouldn't be too concerned. It sounds like someone doesn't know their email address. I have an unusual email address and have had similar experiences along with many others.

Hi @Members_F5eynIc ,

Apart from the upper case SA, that email address appears to be a genuine Samsung one. (I get an email from sa.noreply@samsung-mail.com - all in lower case - if I log in to here from a different device/browser for example.)

Hello, I have same problem, find out that some mail countians the same email address
