Transaction of XXX debited from your a/c *xxx at SAMSUNG ELECTRONIC SC HWALBACH AM DE

I have received notification "Transaction of XXX debited from your a/c XXX at SAMSUNG ELECTRONIC SC HWALBACH AM DE" Can any one explain this why this amount was deducted when I link my bank card with Samsung account.

How can i get back this amount ?

It might be a 'holding charge' used to authorise your card, it is usually refunded after a couple of days.

Is there any policy declare by SAMSUNG for holding charges ? and stll i did'nt get refund even after couple of months.

I have reported this issue but no reposnse form SAMSUNG customer care or any where else.

You all are urged not to link your debit / credit cards with your SAMSUNG account as unauthorize amount is been deducted from your account without any purchse of product / services. Repost this issue as much as possible so higher authorities bound to take action against it.

As per bank customer support "They can investigate only if you do not link your debit / credit card".
