I have done live chat, called both customer solutions and customer resolutions (2 different departments apparently that aren't allowed to call each other!!) Looking to go higher at this stage. I have contacted Padhraig Byrne on Linkedin also.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nothing short of a joke with their customer service. Waiting on a watch replacement since October because they lost my watch when it was collected for repair. UK are blaming the head office and logistics in Dublin. I can see that&amp;nbsp;Padhraig Byrne is the Operations and Supply Chain Management so a direct contact for him would be great or else someone who can actually pull their finger out and do their job and issue me my replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Similar issues with a phone, got sorted eventually but disgraceful service and the offshore call centre is horrific.</description>
