Has anyone got the new lock star update I've seen it on YouTube I have got it but when try to opening the app it flashes and then disappears any ideas

I've got the new update. The app opens successfully, but for me, the little lock star bar that is usually at the bottom (where you can add and modify lock star items) is no longer there. It appears but disappears immediately, and thus I can't actually use any lock star features.

I have just just checked again the lock star is not working at all it just takes to the galaxy store I've uninstalled and re installed it and it still will not open

I was looking for the new version but it doesn't seem to be in the Galaxy store. The new one is supposed to be version
8.5.00.8 but the one in the galaxy store is version 7.0.01.10. The current version doesn't do anything.

Thanks for reporting this. It sounds like a bug. Please report it directly through the Samsung Members app so our developers can investigate and fix it.

Just downloaded the lock star update and everything looks good 👍
