Google Play System Update Date

Following installing the final one UI8 beta release to end the beta program on my S25 uktra. I checked to if I have the latest Google Play System Update, my phone is showing 1 July 2025 as being up to date.

My wife S25+ wasn't enrolled on the beta, so her phone received the public one UI8 release today. Her phone shows 1 August 2025 as being up to date.

What version is on your phone?

Ireceived the One UI 8 update today and was not on Beta, I have 1 August Google P|lay system update on an S25 Ultra.

When beta testing with my previous Samsung phones S24 and Fold 4, when the beta ended and I installed the final release, access to the beta forum was completely removed once the last update was installed, the Google Play system update was also always updated to the latest version. With this S25 Ultra beta, it's strange we still have access to the beta forum and the Google Play system isn't up to date. Has Samsung made an error with the final beta release for our phones?

Yeah, I don't know why this still exists. Are we supposed to wait for it to disappear or do we use the leave button?

As for the updates, beta users got a 400mb update, one ui 7 users got a 4gb update as far as I can remember. So they can't be identical

Beta tester last update is normally smaller then non beta testers because our phones received incremental beta releases which includes the new features and bug fixes. Where are the non beta testers i.e. on one UI 7, they get all of the features and bugs fixes of one UI 8 in a single update. I would expect the last update for beta testers should have updated the Google play system update to the latest version or at least when checking in the section to see if there is a new version, it should update to 1 August 2025.

Google updates are normally sent by Google.

Samsung updates from their side .

Just chill and enjoy. The update will come . Can take 3 weeks or longer sometimes.

It's just the way Google does them on Samsung phones which are new or on beta for some reason.

As the releases might have been a bit different for people on Beta software you may have an older version of Google updates. However, you should receive the newest update soon 😊

My other Samsung devices have had several updates but my s25 ultra hasn't has any since July and it's stuck on the July patch. I too was in the beta . But even it of the beta the other devices have received updates and still nothing for the 25 ultra
