Phone Calls Very Quiet

Hi I have just tried calling someone on my phone and I noticed that even though my volume is turned up full for when I make calls the person on the other line is very quiet. I've tried this with multiple people and all are the same. Has anyone else experienced this?

which phone? I had the same issues on my Note 10. it wasn't till I searched the web and found out the ear speaker is actually situated on the top of the device. relocating the phone when answering calls now is much improved. hope this helps.

yes I have noticed my sound being very low on phone calls
on my samsung galaxy S7

I use the Samsung Galaxy S10 plus. It's my other phone that I use just for the beta programme

Please, clear cache of the Phone application. If that won't help, reinsert your SIM card and restart your device.

If any of the above mentioned solutions won't help, please report the issue via the Members application so that our developers can analyze it. Do not forget to attach log files right after the issue occurs .
