      <title>ATMOS Netflix on HW-Q70R and QE65Q90RAT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Set up&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;QE65Q90RAT TV with&amp;nbsp;HW-Q70R soundbar using HDMI connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Problem&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Netflix app allows dolby ATMOS and works correctly through soundbar but for some reason ATMOS dissapears after a week and we have not changed anything in Netflix or TV settings. This is resolved with a TV reset but keeps happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions / help please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

Can you tell me which software version you're TV is running? This can be found in Settings &amp;gt; Support &amp;gt; About this TV &amp;gt; Software information. Also, IS the Soundbar up to date too? You can check this using the SmartThings app on your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
