Soundbar Q70r sound adjustments do not change audio output

Hi,

I am a new owner of a Q70r with rear speaker 8500. Now my question:

do you hear a difference when adjusting

treble

Bass

center

upfirering speaker

rear speaker?

For all Sound Controller adjustments I am not able to hear a difference between -6 and +6. virtual surround Sound the same as well. What is the problem? Can you hear clear differences?

I could get it to work with a surround sound movie (not atmos)

Do sound controls only apply to certain sound modes?

are sound controls active while using one of the following modes?

atmos
adaptiv sound?
