HW-MS750 All in One SOundbar

Hi All Samsungs User,

I am new to this community and experiencing issue with Soundbar HW-MS750 as per below,

1. I've connected via HDMI (Arc) port. whenever I turn on TV, sound level is around 48 level. when i reduce to 12- 13 level, after 3-4 mins, its automatically increase to level 48. Is it firmware issue or Hardware issue?

2 Physical buttons on soundbar are not responding? again is it Hardware issue or static current problem?

Can you experienced or expert provide feedback please? or do i need to contact samsung only ?
