&lt;P&gt;What's the make and model code of your TV and Wi-Fi? Does the Soundbar connect to the TV when it's not connected to the Wi-Fi?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a&amp;nbsp;Samsung MS550 sound bar, i have set this up on the wifi, but when I switch on the TV it's not connecting nor when I change it to mutliroom it will not connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have discconnected from the Wifi and reconnected but I am still having the same iusse.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway that this can be resolved?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gavin&lt;/P&gt;</description>
