HW-360 Muting and side buttons not working

My soundbar will constanting mute every 5 seconds as soon as the remote is used. If the power cable is unplugged and put back in, I can connect and use the soundbar, only when any button on the remote is pressed does it start muting.

In addition to this, only the Source button on the side of the unit appears to work.

Any ideas?

Has the Soundbar previously worked OK. Do you have it connected to your TV and if so, what connection method are you using?

Hi,

I solved this issue with a change of the battery on the remote, however now the soundbar will just constantly cycle through the inputs.

This happens both when the TV is connected via optical, or when nothing is connected.

Any solutions to this issue please? Need help with mine constantly muting :(
