Hi, I have a BD-D5500 3D blue ray player with 3D TV. Recently some discs refuse to load and give error message that they are wrong format. The player has recent upgrade, the discs are clean. They have played previously ok. Other discs just load and play with no problem. They are all region ok. Any ideas?

The software is up to date. I tried on my PS3 and it recognises the disc and contents but cannot play 3D.

Yes, they are all 3D blue-ray discs. I have also had problems with blue-ray (non 3D) DVD's too.

Thanks for the clarification, @RobU. At this stage we'd recommend speaking with a Product Support Specialist from our Audio-Visual Support Team for further support with this issue. Our colleagues info is listed here and they're available Monday - Saturday from 09:00 - 18:00. Hope this helps. :smileyvery-happy:
