    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was wondering if anyone else has encounter an issue with the My5 app on the M7500??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's saying the milkshake app needs updating but their is no actual update to find, I've reinstalled the app several times but still won't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Let's try a Smart Hub reset on the TV. Go to Home &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Support &amp;gt; Self Diagnosis &amp;gt; Reset Smart Hub.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having this same problem with the My5 app on a BD-H6500. When loading the app it tells me it's outdated and to download a new version but no updates are available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resetting the Smarthub made no difference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
