      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue.&amp;nbsp; I have tried hard reset with pushing + and - and unplugging and replugging. Still on HELLO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called Samsung support and they said I have to call for a paid service call since I am out of warranty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tested the HDMI cable with another device and it's not the cable.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It's 2024 and there is STILL no solution for this reoccurring issue? My soundbar is stuck on HELLO and non of the buttons will work. I have to unplug it to turn it off. Went through all of the "solutions" with customer service and told that I would have to pay for repairs myself because it is out of warranty. I'm mostly curious. What the heck happened to it? Why did it suddenly stop working. When did companies stop standing by their products? This is obviously an ongoing issue and still Samsung pretends like they don't know what you are talking about when you tell them it is stuck and none of the buttons will work. Pathetic!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
