    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently using a Bluray-Video recorder BDH8900 and using regularly applications proposed in SmartHub. For about one month, some applications such as RAKUTEN TV are blocked (initialization impossible without error message).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reset of the SMART HUB, updated all applications, but it still doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone the same problem and found a solution ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/48249797"&gt;@Members_QaZwuOg&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Ensure you have the latest firmware but last one was in 2017&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/BD-H8900/EN/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/BD-H8900/EN/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you press the stop button on the panel for more than 5 seconds it will Factory Reset, could see if that makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However being a 2012 model it is likely many of the apps are no longer supported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
