    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m looking for guidance regarding an issue with &lt;STRONG&gt;Q‑Symphony&lt;/STRONG&gt; on my Samsung setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My setup&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;TV:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Samsung Neo QLED QN85D&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Soundbar:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Samsung HW‑Q600C / XL (Black)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a &lt;STRONG&gt;recent TV software update&lt;/STRONG&gt;, the &lt;STRONG&gt;Q‑Symphony feature has stopped working&lt;/STRONG&gt;. It was functioning correctly earlier with the same setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, whenever I try to enable Q‑Symphony, I get the error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;“The device is not supported for Q‑Symphony feature.”&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is confusing because both devices are compatible, and the feature worked before the update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Troubleshooting already attempted&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tried a different HDMI cable – still shows only &lt;STRONG&gt;HDMI‑eARC&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Unplugged and reconnected the HDMI cable multiple times.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Performed a &lt;STRONG&gt;factory reset&lt;/STRONG&gt; of the TV – no change.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Contacted &lt;STRONG&gt;Samsung Customer Support&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but no solution so far.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Additional notes&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The soundbar is detected properly and audio works via HDMI‑eARC.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The issue started &lt;STRONG&gt;only after the latest software update&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone faced a similar problem after an update?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the exact problem and I was able to fix it. Unplug tv and the soundbar from power outlet. Wait for a minute. Power ON the TV and do another round of power reset of the tv. Hold the power button until it turns off and automatically turns ON. Now turn ON the soundbar with soundbar remote. Go to Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Q-Symphony Setup &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Select Soundbar in the wired mode. This time, it will not throw the error but gets connected. Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
