Soundbar Q930C neighbor keeps connecting with bluetooth

My neighbor keeps connecting with bluetooth and even wakes me up from my sleep. I wont write everything I tried to solve this issue the list would be to long just dont advise anything the other posts advised. Please help me I need help regarding this common unsolved situation

"Press and hold tone control on the remote for 30 seconds. This disables Bluetooth on the 990c. Not sure if it does the same on the 990b."

"I had this exact same problem and just reset the soundbar. That should erase all previous connections with Bluetooth devices and should prevent auto connecting- also changed name of soundbar"

John this didnt solve my issue they can always reconnect without the need of an previous connection. This issue is common and the only solution is a password protection. I want a software update to have a bluetooth protection or a method to close bluetooth completely. YES I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING WITH REMOTE CONTROLLER.

I have this also. Disabling Bluetooth isn't the solution it shows another bug. the WIFI network fails after a short while. then nothing works
