      <title>HW-Q990D can't connect to smartthings app but is connected to WiFi router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, just got the Q990D connected to S90C, while trying to set it up using smartthings it keeps failing to register but is able to connect to the wifi network. I can ping the device but smartthings at the end of the setup showing it failed duo to network issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What i have tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changed wifi and naming&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Different router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After hard reset, able to make it connnect to different networks but the app still said network issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Updated vua usb to 1016, same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hard reset again, tried from different android device and from the TV itself, all apps across all device have similar behavior,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Able to detect the soundbar&lt;SPAN&gt;A&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ble to start the setup&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Able to configure the bar to connect to the a spesific wifi network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not able to register it to smartthings and control it from the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The S90C is able to be connected to smartthings app without any issues&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other thing is that the input display hdmi1/2 keeps blinking and scrolling for a minute, but it happens with all the apps, the sound or the video doesnt bounce, so there should be no input change indicator.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im lost, how can this be with a flagship products?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can be done? How can i contact with&amp;nbsp; samsung RnD? This is clearly a bug in brand new 2024 product.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, danny&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Me too. I have a QE55Q90T TV and a Samsung Flip 5 phone. The TV worked for three years with SmartThings but stopped a few weeks ago. I have tried to register it from scratch. App and TV software is updated, wifi network and frequency is the same for phone and TV, logged into both with same account, bluetooth on. Powered off both devices, reset the TV PSID, and cleared the app cache and data. The app can see the tv, and the tv displays a pin, but about a minute after entering the PIN in the app the TV displays "registration cancelled".</description>
