HW-Q990D constant crackling noise, is it a faulty speaker?

I just unboxed my bar(Samsung Q990D) and first thing I hear when I play something is an irritating noise that is constantly present on any content that I watch with this system, be it via eARC HDMI or bluetooth. From what I hear, it comes from a single speaker on the right side of the soundbar. I am asking this question as a last confirmation from you, wheather this is a faulty speaker and I should return the system or I have missed to do some setting. Here is a short video https://youtube.com/shorts/uIse0W2uJN4 the phone microphone has picked up some outside noises also, but near the middle of the video where I go close to the speaker you can deffinetly hear what I am talking about.

Hi,
Do not risk being stuck with faulty equipment, call customer service and explain what you experience and the idea of replacement as long as your cooling-off period has not expired.

Mine is doing the same. It seems to be the front right speaker. Screeching in a specific range of frequencies. Piano notes sounds awful
