Light sequence not in manual

I have a HW-T400/XU soundbar which works fine but sometimes I find it has powered on and the LEDs on the front are a sequence which I can’t find in the manual.

The sequence is three solid white lights and a fourth blinking white one.

None of the buttons on the remote or on the side of the soundbar make any change so I have to unplug the power and reconnect to resume normal operation.

and what exactly is the lights affecting may i ask?

With the lights in this sequence the unit is unresponsive and the only fix is to unplug the power cord and back in.

Press and hold the + and - volume button to reset without unplugging the soundbar. I had the same problem and this worked. I did this on the soundbar and will try on remote next. I believe holding down the middle of the volume button between the +\- will also do the trick.
