topic Freestyle 2 - DLNA support in Audio & Video

Is there anyway to play media on a network DLNA server through my Freestyle 2 projector without using my phone / laptop as an intermediary? I'm assuming this would need a specific app as there doesn't seem to be built in DLNA playback capabilities (that I've been able to find anyway).

If there is a specific app, I'd be grateful for the name of it as the list of video apps in the Freestyle menu seem to be for internet TV etc.

If there isn't an app and the DLNA playback isn't enabled in the projector, any chance this could be added in a firmware update Samsung?

I've had this similar chat before! There Is no DLNA for Samsung for s few years now. The work around would be a firestick or something connected to act as the smart.

I regret purchasing the Freestyle 2. My intention was to stream files from my NAS. As a long-time Samsung user, I mistakenly assumed seamless streaming capabilities based on my positive experiences with Samsung TVs. This lack of prior research on the projector's specific features was my oversight.
