Not sure if anyone has encountered them same but got the ARC and a sumsung QN95A. All has been good since I got the ARC back in Nov.
Connected to eARC running great.

Till Saturday and now the TV won’t detect the ARC and when it does it thinks it’s connect via optical which it isn’t. Nothing has changed with my set up.

Reset the TV, swapped HDMIs but TV still not detecting ARC in eARC and still thinks it’s an optical connection.

It’s defo the TV and not Sonos that’s the issue as playing music etc is fine it’s just the TV and why it won’t detect eARC ans think I’m using optical which I’m not

Have you checked the AnyNet+ (HDMI-CEC) setting is still enabled, and hasn't been reset or turned to "off"?

Settings: General > External Device Manager > AnyNet+ (HDMI-CEC): [enable via radio button]
