Why why why Samsung are you short changing UK customers and owners of the Q930s by restricting access to only airplay and Alexa in the UK.

FR IT NL DE models all support Google or Chromecast.

Can this be updated and solved via a firmware update please 🙏

As well as giving feedback to their customer support and insisting that they escalate, I guess it's just to vote with your feet and buy elsewhere

I don't think it's a software issue per se. It's likely a licensing issue so even more complex.

You could try complaining to the retailer - if it wasn't Samsung. They might be sympathetic allow you to swap for a different brand

It's samsung that should be transparent and just come clean and say what's stopping them from doing it. All the hardware is in the UK model just like the euro versions.

It sounds like you've asked them to enable it but have you asked them to confirm why it isn't natively enabled? This wouldn't necessarily be the best place if that's the answer you're seeking
