    <description>Check that the Sky Q audio hdmi setting is set to normal, I found if it was set to dolby digital, lip sync was always out. hope this helps.</description>

      <title>TV LIP SYNC ISSUE</title>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Hey guys,&amp;nbsp;I've a Samsung&amp;nbsp;50" Crystal UHD 4K smart TV,&amp;nbsp;model No. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;UE50TU7400KXXU (2020)&amp;nbsp;connected to SkyQ 2TB (not Q Symphony) . All working perfectly. That is until I bought a Samsung soundbar, model No. HW-Q60T with Dolby 5.1, DTS Virtual-X, Adaptive etc.....&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've spent hours of messing around with the audio sync settings on all 3 devices, and cannot get it right, it's "almost"&amp;nbsp;there but not quite right.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Ive set it up as follows - : SkyQ&amp;nbsp;to TV&amp;nbsp;HDMI, soundbar to TV&amp;nbsp;HDMI eARC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;If I connect through the soundbar &amp;amp; set the SkyQ box to "normal" as opposed to Dolby Digital or Dolby Digital Plus, the sync is perfect but a noticeable difference in picture quality, especially dark scenes even when its broadcasting in&amp;nbsp;UHD 4K &amp;amp; Dolby 5.1&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;All software is up to date &amp;amp; I'm using HDMI 2.1 cables.       <description>Thank you mate, I did that but then had no audio effects from soundbar. But you're right the lip sync was spot on when set to normal.....</description>
