Freestyle projection turns off after a little

I just recently bought myself the , however whenever I try to use it, it turns on for a little bit, then the message „loading Button TV Solution 2021“ appears and the projection turns off, however judging by the sound emitted from the Projector itself, it’s still turned on. Pressing anything on the remote doesn’t work (except holding down the power button for a little but it just restarts and the same thing happens), pressing the buttons on the projector doesn’t work except for the for the sound control buttons, to which the projection quickly turns on to show the sound level and then turns off again immediately after. Help would be very appreciated as i am at a loss here

Hi @NKSone and @kaynom ,

That "loading Button TV Solution 2021" is definitely odd. Are you based in the UK & Ireland? If not, can you both share which country you're based in please? I should be able to ping this at the right folks to get this sorted for you from that.

Edit.: And are you able to confirm the full model code you each have? It should be on the bottom of the device.
