HDMI Source issue

Hi, is there anybody else out there having the same issue as me, where hdmi source keeps switching from either 1,2 or 4 to the e-arc hdmi source (3) which I have connected to my Soundbar? My tv is the S95B and my Soundbar is the Q600B. This problem is now getting beyond frustration, Samsung can't seem to get to the bottom of the problem, and I feel as if they are saying I'll have have to put up with it 🤬 please please please can anyone help 🙏 thank you in advance

Have you checked the hdmi port in the device care option. Under support if i remember right

Same problem when connect hw-q990c to sony tv.

The soundbar keep switching back from hdmi1 to tv arc so i cant use my mediaplayer (himedia q10 pro).
