Soundstand issues

I have just purchased a new Samsung QE50Q65B smart TV.

Can you tell me if my soundstand HW-H500/UX is compatible, as I'm struggling to connect it to the new TV via Bluetooth.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @FUEG01 The Soundbar should be compatible,though for Tv's larger than 40 inches should be not placed on separate stand or space. https://www.samsung.com/uk/audio-video/soundbar-h500/HW-H500XU/ if fails to connect via Bluetooth may need to delete previous connection. for more information and other Troubleshooting see this guide https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201409/20140917100824642/HW-H500_XU_ENG-ECO-0811.pdf

Notice there has not been a firmware update since 2015.
