      <description>&lt;P&gt;To add for the Shop mode fix for my Q80R I had to use the volume down on the remote as the buttons on the sound bar did not work. I got a good deal on an open box without any documents or a remote. &amp;nbsp; This &amp;nbsp;soundbar does rock. Now that it is setup as supposed to be I am very pleased with it. The hdmi arc setup required my Panasonic to be setup as external speaker with the viera link setup. &amp;nbsp; Good luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>But this just let's you cycle through different shop modes. It does not actually allow you to get out of shop mode. Did anyone solves this. For the amount of money this thing costs the support is really disappointing</description>

      <description>@lightleaks did you have the same problem? They mentioned sending it for repair however I just thought it would end up costing £500 of something like that. Definitely worth it for £80. I use it loads</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I had the same problem, the unit wouldnt connect to bluetooth and wouldnt connect with peripherals, just kept going into "shop" mode. They said in the repair report there was a fried board causing it. Id recommend the repair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone found a solution that works at home and doesn’t require sending the unit in for service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;same issue for me the volume Volume - button will show the shop6 code I can scroll through shop 1-6 but not select any of them. &amp;nbsp;I can stop on one of them but it always goes back to shop6 then displays shop NG but can’t change that either&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my software is up to date and all the other pieces are lit up blue and connected subwoofer and surrounds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;super frustrating as with shop6 it shuts down volume to 0 every 15 minutes and I have to power down, power up, re-select the input I was watching and turn the tv back on. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
