Subwoofer not working HW-E450

My subwoofer’s blue light is on meaning it’s linked to the sound bar, but the power light isn’t on, which is weird, and the subwoofer sound is intermittent. I have done the set ID process with no luck, any ideas?

Hi. I made today an software update with the usb-stick at the soundbar. Now the subwoofer is workting. Unfortunately not so loud but still a bit.

Thanks Strem. I tried these and downloaded to a USB (formatted with MS DOS FAT) – but my soundbar displays 'NODATA'. 😞

Anyone else had any joy with this?

Make sure you extract .zip contents to (.rom) file to the root directory of the USB drive.
