    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve just purchased a HW-S60T soundbar but I cannot get it to verify to SmartThings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It recognises the soundbar, it connects fine, but then I get to the part where I need to press ‘-‘ on the bar to verify the device. Nothing happens, I’ve tried endless times pressing ‘-‘ once, several times, holding it….etc. This seems to be the last step to getting it connected but nothing happens. It then times out, with a ‘soundbar not connected’ message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting concerned the four buttons on top are broken as they don't seem to do anything at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ll email &lt;A href="mailto:support@smartthings.co.uk" target="_blank"&gt;support@smartthings.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;anyway but just wondered if anybody knew of a quick fix?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
