ps-wh550 sub woofer compatibility?

I have a ps-wh550 sub woofer but my soundbar (HW-H550) has broken.

Is the subwoofer compatible with newer soundbars that are also wireless?

I can't find any info anywhere about this? Help please!

Try looking into ps-wh550 manual. It should say there, what devices it is compatible with OR you can just do a general search on Google. If you want to look through the manual, however and don't have it on hand, use manualslib.com and you should find it easily :).

That's fine but it's old (2014), so how will the manual tell me that it's compatible with future products (which came out after the manual was written) that don't exist yet?

I just don't know enough about these systems.

I found the manual and it says nothing about compatibility of the sub woofer to other soundbars anyway.

Oh, I didn't know that, sorry! Looks like definitely a Google search. Obviously, use reputable websites like xdadevelopers, techwalla, guidingtech, etc. and I hope you find your answer :).

@Members_lYffuEE: The subwoofers linking ID is preset at the factory level to connect with the HW-H550 soundbar, and as it comes packaged with the soundbar it isn't likely to be compatible with other models, I'm afraid.
