      <description>Is it a new tag and NOT paired to another before ? If it is associated with another device then this will cause a problem... I found this when my partner gave me her smarttag that she didnt use.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What phone are you pairing to ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it is a new tag device and it is being paired to a reasonably recent phone then it should work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can contact samsung on the support page from here... click on this members app... the support icon... and discuss on there over the phone or the chat service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Smiley</description>
