Power bank not charging itself

Hi! I have Samsung Battery Pack EB-P4520XUEGEU 20.000 mAh and it works fine until yesterday. It was not used last 40-50 days. When I try to charge it, only one (of four) light is blinking constantly, but it is not charging at all. I have changed few different original Samsung cables, and different Samsung chargers but situation remains the same. When I plug it to my phone it doesn't charges the phone which means that battery is fully empty. But why it is not charging even after hours and hours of plugged in to charger? It is 2,5 years old.

Assuming youve tested different power bricks and cables? As this is normally the cause

If so It may be broken- itll be impossible to say "how" beyond guesses. Drops, spillages, heat etc

I really take care of it and when I'm not using it I keep it in the original box in a drawer, protected from heat and direct light. I tried with different Samsung cables and chargers and the situation is the same. When I try with non-original cables, the light does not blink at all. So it detects that it is connected correctly but it does not charge. Only if it didn't break down from not being used for these 40-50 days, although it was in that situation before, so even then it could be fully charged and I could go on a trip with it. Can devices like this even be repaired? Unfortunately, its warranty expired 7 months ago.

Hi, @dmilan. I appreciate that you've tried different chargers and cables. The manual states:

"Use only Samsung-approved chargers and cables specifically designed for your
product. Incompatible chargers and cables can cause serious injuries or damage to
your product"

Have you been able to verify whether the genuine power adapter(s) you're using work well with your other devices?

Moreover, are you charging your power bank via a power adapter that is plugged into the wall, or is the cable connected to a PC/laptop?

Hi! Yes I'm using ONLY Samsung cables (from my Galaxy S25 Ultra and from Samsung battery pack itself), and only Samsung wall chargers of 25W and 45W. When I try with other OEM cables and charges it doesn't blink at all. I know that this is essentiall for proper working of device. I have also check with both C-type slots on the device but result is same.

Unfortunatelly not. Still blinking, empty and did not charge itself

I'm having the same issue. Using a EPB-1100B via micro usb, purchased genuine Samsung PD adapter, after 8 days it's still flashing one bloody bar. Beyond frustrating
