    <description>I have 4 smart tags 2. As soon as I pulled the blue battery tag out of thr smart tag, I got a notification on my phone to complete the connection and update the smart tag software.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I suggest contacting samsung as you might have a faulty one.</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Just got a SmartTag2 but can't get it to connect to my phone. I've tried resetting the tag, I'm running the latest version of smart things, I've got a stable Internet connection but keep getting error code 84-002 "temporary server error". It's been almost 24hrs of trying on/of.       <description>So, as a last-ditch attempt, I uninstalled and reinstalled the smart things app and it seems to have worked. I guess whatever bug it had cleared when reinstalling.       <description>So I have a s20fe and it doesn't connect. My Mrs as come home and she as a s23fe and they connected straight away. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled it but still getting the error code 84-002</description>

I went to all options and made sure, it has every thing enabled. Then, I rested my Smart Tag 2 and connected it. I worked!       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I recently just went through this problem when attempting to pair my SmartTags 2 devices, and I found a solution, that I assume will work for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason, you need to first create a "room" in the SmartThings app. I didn't document the process step by step when I was doing it, but basically open the SmartThings app, and then manage your "home" and add a room. I simply just called the room "SmartTags". Once you finally create that room, try the pairing process again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a A52. Had the same problem as i thought i had created a new room but hadnt as i had just added another location. Try the triple dot (top right) then Location settings then Rooms for the location you are in and if there is only one room (which there was for me) press + create any other room. Try syncing again. Mine worked thereafter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
