    <description>&lt;P&gt;My son's phone updated a week ago. Asks for the password, one that he didn't set up. I have gone to Verizon I have talked to Samsung. NO ONE can help. All they keep saying is factory reset.&amp;nbsp; Why is this happening after an update?!? Get it together!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
